Justin Barringer is the backbone of The Stone Group’s electrical and pool service operations. As the Electrician/Pool Technician Manager, Justin ensures that every project is powered to perfection, overseeing all electrical work with precision and safety. His role is vital in maintaining the high standards of luxury that The Stone Group is known for. In addition to his full-time role as a CFDfireman at Station 15, Justin’s dedication to the company is unmatched. His ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and his jack-of-all-trades approach make him an essential part of the team, always going above and beyond to meet the needs of clients and colleagues alike.

As the Company Controller, Colin Croat maintains the financial operations at The Stone Group, ensuring sound financial practices, budgeting accuracy, and efficient financial reporting. His education and leadership in financial strategy helps drive the company’s goals, aligning resources with long-term growth plans. Colin works closely within the leadership team to ensure and promote the continued success of The Stone Group as a premier builder in North Carolina.

With a strong background in PHC tree care work, Matt Raborn has brought a wealth of knowledge and skills to The Stone Group as a Project Manager. His exceptional customer service, team management, and project execution ensure that every homeowner’s vision is realized to the highest standards. Matt’s commitment to the craft and his ability to navigate complex projects with ease make him an integral part of our team. Lea Anne Flake brings a warm and welcoming presence to The Stone Group as our part-time Administrative Assistant. With a friendly smile and a positive attitude, she helps keep our office running smoothly.
